Okay, if you’re anything like me, you LOVE smoothies. I used to think smoothies, shakes, liquid meals were one of two things:

  1. a whack load of fruit & juice, also known as a sugar bomb with a straw

  2. chalky protein powder mixed with ice and water

Neither sound particularly appetizing. But after studying holistic nutrition and learning about the healing properties of healthy fats, I knew I had to amp up my smoothie game!
